Рапсодия. Саксофон сопрано ноты.

Оригинал

Rapsodia composed by Karolis Biveinis. For Soprano Saxophone & piano. Score & Parts. 22 pages. Duration 6'30". Published by Periferia Music. PF.M-69216-365-7. It is a modal compound composition based on three parts that are exchanged without having a formal breaking-off of the work. After the first topic, a very expressive and cantabile melody, there comes a scherzo characterized by its very exact rhythmic and a very fast tempi. When it ends, it starts the cadenza for saxophone solo, a space not very long but enough to display with some of the technical possibilities of the instrument. Later there comes the second part, a kind of lament that appears in the part of piano and later it is followed in the part of saxophone. When this ends, we have a summary of the first topic and forthwith, the ending with a finale vivace that is a little variant of the previous scherzo. A work recommended especially for he pupils of secondary school, with a fresh, not very contemporary and interesting sonority.
