Text may be (about, approximately) the same as that set by Friedrich Lux in his Opus 42 (pub.1868); "Wie gerne dir zu Füssen" is also the opening of songs by a number of other composers as early as 1854 (if Monatsbericht (1854), p.553 is to the same poem) (and see External Link. Grünfeld and Lux are not (at present, 11/13) in the list of composers at that site who set Moritz, Graf von Strachwitz's text, but over 10 other composers are listed.) Grünfeld has "indess das goldne Abendroth" rather than "Indes das heil'ge Abendgold" (3rd line). The line "Lieg' ich vor dir und singe," is in Grünfeld's setting "lieg ich zu deinen füssen und singe" (etc., etc.) - Schissel
